I build practical devices and prototypes, then rebuild them better.

I build electronics and 3D-printed hardware, and I run my own science experiments. I usually start with a rough version, test it to find what breaks, and use that to build the next one.

Projects

Four builds so far, across two project lines: a maze-navigating robot and a small electric vehicle, each done in more than one version. More builds and experiments are on the way. Open any build to see the full process, from wiring and testing through to what I'd change next.

Improve on v1 by adding a front guide so the robot reaches and lines up with targets more reliably.

About

A maker who learns by building the next version

I'm a student engineer and builder. I like problems I can hold in my hands, whether that's a device I'm wiring up or an experiment I'm running, and I learn fastest by getting a rough version working and then improving it.

A lot of what I do combines electronics, code, and 3D printing, but I'm just as interested in biology and hands-on science. I sketch an idea, build and test a rough version, and keep revising until it works the way I pictured. The v1 and v2 versions on this site show that process step by step.
